Ambassador Program

The Chamber’s Ambassador Program gives members an opportunity to join a prestigious group of volunteers creating a visible network at Chamber functions - Business After Hours, Morning Mingles and more - as well as helping to foster membership growth, involvement, and engagement.


Requirements:

  • ALL AMBASSADORS MUST BE MEMBERS
  • Must attend one Chamber 101 Meeting
  • Ambassador Meetings 3-4x a year (Zoom is acceptable up to 2x a yr, a proxy is acceptable with notice)
  • SCHEDULED Chamber events (ribbon cuttings & annual events - proxy is acceptable with notice)
  • At least 1 event within the community per month as an ambassador with pin or tag (per our monthly calendar - including your family, friends, etc is encouraged) - Pictures are required & should be sent to [email protected]
  • Recruit 1 member a year or send any leads to Executive Director
  • Ambassadors will have assigned members to complete ‘Chamber Check-Ins’
  • Ambassadors will be reviewed quarterly to ensure requirements are being met
  • Attendance tracking - please leave your card with a Chamber Rep on site
  • Dress Attire:

                  - Shirt: Choose local t-shirt or business attire with an ambassador pin or ambassador tag

                  - Pants/Shorts: Must be business attire shorts or pants (no short shorts or torn pants)

  • Ambassadors who are employed (being proxies of the Chamber member business), must get the approval of their employer to be said Ambassador in order to rep for both the Chamber and the Chamber member business.
